The Wheel of the Jewish Year

The Jewish Year · Grades K–2

How to use this wheel

  1. The Jewish year goes around like a circle. It starts in the autumn, at the top, and moves around through all four seasons.
  2. Follow the red arrows clockwise. Each colored part of the wheel is a different season.
  3. Color each holiday's picture, then color its season. Shabbat is in the middle because it comes every single week, all year long.
  4. Circle your favorite holiday. What do families do on that day?
